Inside Sales Representative

Job Summary:
As an Inside Sales Representative Manager, you will be a key point of contact for our clients, assisting them with product inquiries, order processing, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. As the liaison between our customers and the sales team, you will play a vital role in driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in managing inside sales and customer service operations, fostering a customer-centric culture, and implementing strategies to maximize revenue growth. The Inside Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional customer experiences and achieving sales targets.
 
Primary Functions:

  • Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide information about our manufacturing products and services.
  • Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Process orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and follow-up.
  • Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Keep abreast of product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed assistance to customers.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 2 years experience.
  • Proven experience in inside sales or customer service, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Knowledge of valves and actuators preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Results-driven with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Must be able to perform the physical demands of the job such as:
    • Safely navigating a manufacturing environment
    • Extended periods of sitting and using a computer
    • Occasional bending and stooping
    • Occasional lifting up to 25 lbs
