Spray nozzles in industrial washdown equipment are often abused and frequently replaced. They get dropped, run over by forklifts, mishandled, and bear the brunt of nonstop wear. Our washdown nozzles will withstand all the rigors of a demanding environment because they are expertly engineered for cleaning and sanitizing washdown applications.

Strahman provides three series of industrial spray nozzles, offering variations within each group. 

M-70 Series Water Saver Nozzles

The M-70 Series is the workhorse of our washdown nozzle lineup, delivering a powerful spray that quickly and efficiently cleans with every use. When the trigger is released, an instant automatic water shut-off feature activates, preventing unintentional misdirected sprays that could potentially be harmful. 

The M-70 is the original bronze spray nozzle that delivers a variable spray stream depending on the trigger pressure. A stainless steel version, S-70, was eventually added to withstand corrosive applications. The S-80 series, in bronze and stainless steel, offers a solid, robust, and steady spray stream. The F-90 series, also in bronze or stainless steel, provides a fine, soft spray. A low-flow version, M-70LF, with lower GPM rates, offers an excellent opportunity to save on water.

HYDRO-PRO 150® Ergonomic Spray Nozzles

The Hydro Pro-150 series is engineered with ergonomic form and function in mind. The HP-150 will easily handle those long, demanding washdown applications at less than 2 lbs. Say goodbye to operator fatigue! The patented trigger mechanism that locks in place at varying poisitions for the velocity of spray needed for the application and is a critical safety feature,  instantly shutting the water off if the spray nozzle is dropped. Stainless steel housing and parts are corrosion resistant, and a rugged cover is impact resistant, making the Hydro-Pro 150 series an excellent choice for washdown cleaning and sanitation. A low-flow version, HP-150LF, with lower GPM rates, offers another great opportunity to save on water.

Mini M-70 Series Water Saver Spray Nozzles

Don't let the size fool you! A compact version of our M-70 Series spray nozzles, the mini-series weighs 1.8 lbs. but delivers a powerful spray that quickly and efficiently cleans with every use. When the trigger is released, an instant automatic water shut off feature activiates, preventing unintentional misdirected sprays that could potentially be harmful. Available in bronze or stainless steel, the Mini series is an excellent choice for applications that may be less demanding.
