CUSTOMER SERVICE

Strahman maintains a full time customer service group to answer customer inquiries, requests for quotations, delivery status, trouble-shooting, and product information. When a quotation becomes an order, a particular individual is assigned as the customer’s “in-house representative” and follows the order through entry, acknowledgment, material ordering, drawing preparation, production, testing, and shipment. Order status is always available to the customer (and his representative/inspector).

Product information is always available by telephone and E-Mail contact should it not be contained in the catalog information available in this Website.

Do not hesitate to contact Strahman or Your Local Representative if personal face-to-face contact is the best way to obtain required information.

Lunch & Learn Sessions are available for large group information presentations.
